The Loggia del Centone does not process permanent personal data. The strictly necessary data are managed only for the purpose of being able to provide the services and products offered (overnight stay, sale of oil) or for customer safety; the data are generally managed by third party sites, adequately protected, and the Loggia del Centone uses them only for the duration of the service (stay, sale).

Type of information collected

The types of information collected can be (partly or all for each guest):

-    Name, surname

-    Date and place of birth

-    Address of residence

-    Phone

-    email


How the information is collected

We receive data through:

  • website (WIX platform) - contact form

  • Online booking sites (Booking, Airbnb,

  • Email received

  • Credit card payments (Paypal or SUMUP)

  • CCTV recordings

  • Transmission of documents to the PS authorities via their online site


In particular:

  1. When you conduct a transaction on our website or make a reservation on one of the online booking or purchase sites, as part of the process, we collect personal information that you provide us with as your name and (optional) phone and email address.

  2. We collect the personal data for the declaration to the PS through the identity documents that are provided to us, of which we do not make any further registration.

  3. Collect CCTV footage continuously from 5 external cameras, positioned to check the possible illegal passages in our building. Video data storage is limited to 5 days.


Why we collect information

We collect such personal and non-personal information for the following purposes:

  1. provide and manage the Services;

  2. to be able to contact our guests and users for information on the requested services;

  3. to comply with applicable laws and regulations;

  4. to guarantee security and to prevent access by malicious persons.


How we store, use, share and disclose our Guests personal information

The information we use, with the exception of emails received and camera recordings, are never stored outside the service period, and there is no trace of the relationships we have had with the customers except on the booking sites themselves that use their internal security and privacy procedures.


Data are not communicated if not for law obligations or payments to:

  • State Police

  • Paypal

  • Sumup


Our company is hosted on the online platform that allows you to contact us for information about our products and services. Your data is stored by Wix on secure servers, powered by firewalls.


How we communicate with guests

We may contact you (by phone, text message, Whatsapp or email) for information (arrival time) or respond to your requests or give you important information, if in the period of stay. Later, we are unable to contact our customers.


How can guests to our site withdraw their consent

Since the data are kept only for the duration of the stay, there are no permanent data, therefore there is no need to withdraw the consent to the treatment. On the other hand, during the stay, the data are mandatory.


Updates to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to change this privacy policy at any time, so please check it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately after their publication on the website. If we make substantial changes to this policy, we will notify you (if feasible) that it has been updated, so that you know what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we use it and / or disclose it.
