5 L EXTRAVIRGIN OIL

Extravirgin olive oil obtained by mechanical olives pressing below 27 °C, cultivar Frantoio e Leccino. The olives are harvested at the beginning of the season (October) and pressed daily to obtain a maximum rate of polyphenols and lower acidity, to the expense of a lower extracted oil amount, to guarantee an oil with excellent quality.
