15th within more than 500 products at 2017 EVO contest, Centone Toscano IGP is a top quality extravirgin olive oil, obtained exclusively from our olive trees located on the hills of Matraia (Lucca - Tuscany), cultivar Frantoio e Leccino, pressed below 27 °C. The olives are harvested at the beginning of the season (October) and pressed daily to get very high polyphenols content and low acidity, obtaining less oil with excellent quality.
