Excellent IGP Tuscany extravirgin olive oil, obtained exclusively from our olive trees located on the hills of Matraia (Lucca - Tuscany) cultivar Frantoio e Leccino, by mechanical olives pressing below 27 °C. The olives are harvested at the beginning of the season (October) and pressed daily to obtain a maximum rate of polyphenols and lower acidity, to the expense of a lower extracted oil amount, to guarantee an oil with excellent quality.
